Optus switches on two new towers in Busselton region

Optus has switched on new towers in Yallingup Siding and Ambergate, strengthening Optus services across Busselton Western Australia.

With the summer holidays fast approaching and more people travelling across the state, the new tower at Ambergate East will provide improved mobile coverage to residents located in Ambergate and the surrounding area. The new tower located in Yallingup Siding will provide improved coverage to tourists and residents in the wider area as well as improvements to the northern section of Caves Road, Yallingup.

Optus Territory General Manager for Western Australia, Paul ONeill, is proud to be strengthening mobile coverage across regional Western Australia.

Were pleased to be switching on two more towers in Regional WA and continuing to strengthen connectivity across the Busselton region to allow our customers to do more of the things they love, in more places.

As we roll out our best network ever, we know that customers want faster download speeds and reliable connectivity whether they are, home or on the go. The towers in Yallingup Siding and Ambergate will also allow our customers to access more of the Optus Living Network features and stay connected with family and friends.

Not only do our new towers deliver improved 4G mobile connectivity, coverage and capacity, but they also provide competition and choice for local businesses and residents by offering a world class network at a great value, added Paul.

Optus continues to invest to improve coverage, reliability and speed across its Australian mobile network, with this new tower providing a competitive telecommunications alternative for Busselton residents and businesses.
