Pedestrian seriously injured after colliding with car in Noble Park

Greater Dandenong Highway Patrol officers are investigating a collision between a pedestrian and a car in Noble Park on 6 June.

It is believed a man was walking across the Princes Highway at a set of traffic lights when he was struck by a car travelling west on Chandler Road about 11am.

The man, who is yet to be identified, sustained life-threatening-injuries and was transported to hospital.

The driver of the silver Mazda sedan stopped at the scene immediately after the collision.

An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident is ongoing.
