Performance statement for first quarter of 2022-23

Fair Work Commission

Fair Work Commission President, Justice Ross, today reports that in the first quarter of 2022-23 we are meeting and exceeding each of our Portfolio Budget Statement key performance indicators.

The Commission is also performing strongly against our internal benchmarks, which were established under the new 2022-23 performance framework. In particular, we are not currently carrying backlogs in any case type.

The 2022-23 performance framework also includes outcome, quality and user experience measures, to make sure that speed does not come at the expense of quality. The majority of feedback from people who accessed our services indicates a positive experience.
