Innovative Perth meal-kit delivery service My Foodie Box (ASX: MBX) have released their 2022 Christmas Box that aims to help make cooking up a festive feast as easy as possible.
With different box sizes to accommodate, and a plant-based option, the Christmas Box is touted as a foolproof solution to hosting the most anticipated meal of the year.
The Christmas product line contains everything needed to host a full-course Christmas feast, all neatly pre-portioned and delivered right to people’s doorsteps with an accompanying guide booklet that promises a complete box-to-plate preparation time in just three hours.
“The way people shop and cook has changed over the last few years as more and more West Aussies have embraced the meal-kit delivery option that not only allows for the convenience of not needing to head out to the supermarket, but also provides accessibility to fresh produce and fostering creativity in the home kitchen,” said My Foodie Box Managing Director Mai Hughes.
“The surge in demand for food boxes has translated over into one-off events like Christmas, which is where My Foodie Box have answered with their one-stop-shop Christmas Box crafted by local chefs and filled with local, premium WA produce, meats and seafood,” she added.
The menu features the usual Aussie Christmas classics with a gourmet twist. There are charred asparagus bruschettas with tomato salsa and creamy pesto to start, a stunning spiced citrus glazed ham and a whole roasted chicken paired with tender roasted veg and refreshing summer salads for mains.
Then to finish you have a gorgeous and delicate white chocolate cheesecake on a crispy oat biscuit.
