Our online services will be unavailable between 8am to 12pm (AEDT) on Tuesday 12 December 2023 to undertake system updates.
Applications can continue to be lodged by email, post or in person during this time.
Reminder: Saved forms must be lodged by Monday 11 December 2023. Forms not lodged by this date will be deleted
As part of the update, regular users will also notice small changes to how information is collected in some parts of the online forms. These changes will not impact the application process.
