Kiama Council is changing our planning certificates to meet new NSW Government regulations which start 1 October.
Council needs to halt issuing these certificates between Thursday 29 September and Tuesday 4 October to make the necessary changes, including data and system updates.
This includes halting our expedited/urgent processing service from 12pm Wednesday 28 September through to Monday 10 October.
This will also ensure we continue to deliver certificates that contain accurate and current information with as little disruption to our services as possible.
You will still be able to submit an application for a certificate during this time.
Once the updates are complete, we will work through these applications as a priority, in the order they were received.
