The passage of the Local Government (City of Casey) Act 2020 dismissed the elected Councillors effective 20 February 2020 and appointed Ms Noelene Duff as Interim Administrator of Casey City Council. The context in which Council established a Planning Committee has therefore changed. Council will consider a report at next Tuesday’s Council meeting to determine the future need for Planning Committee established under s.86 of the Local Government Act 1989.
