Police appeal after hotel vandalised in Ultimo

Police are appealing for public assistance after a licensed premises in Sydney was extensively damaged at the weekend.

Officers from Sydney City Police Area Command were called to a hotel on Bulwara Street, Ultimo, about 2.30am yesterday (Sunday 8 March 2020), following reports a number of windows had been smashed and parts of the building and doors sprayed with spray-paint.

Initial inquiries suggest the incident occurred between 12.30am and 2am and the damage is estimated to be estimated at $10,000.

An investigation has commenced, and police have now released CCTV vision of two men who they believe may be able to assist with their inquiries.

The first man depicted is described as being of Caucasian appearance, aged in his 20s, medium build, with shoulder length dark hair and a beard. He is shown wearing a long white T-shirt, short and sneakers.

The second man depicted is described as being of Asian appearance, aged in his 20s, and of a slim build. He is shown wearing a black baseball cap, black T-shirt and dark tracksuit pants.
