Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Ebony.
The 21-year-old was last seen leaving a hospital in Parkville yesterday, 1 August.
Ebony is believed to be with her baby and is possibly in the Glen Waverley area.
Police have concerns for her welfare due to possible medical conditions.
An image of Ebony has been released in the hope it will assist in locating her.
