Police appeal to locate man missing from Marrickville

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney’s Inner West.

Paul Faamatuainu, aged 39, was last seen on Rich Street, Marrickville, about 11.30am yesterday (Wednesday 12 October 2023).

When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Inner West Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police have serious concerns for his welfare.

Paul is described as being of Pacific Islander/Maori appearance, about 188cm tall with a large build, and is bald.

He was last seen wearing a grey Adidas jumper with white logo, and grey pants.

He is known to frequent Arncliffe, and the train stations around the Inner West and South West of Sydney; police believe he may have attended Liverpool Train Station about 12.10am today (Thursday 12 October 2023).

Anyone with information into his whereabouts it urged to call police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
