Police appeal to locate missing teenage boy – Shalvey

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage boy missing from Sydney’s west.

Liam Taylor, aged 13, was last seen at a home on Piccolo Way, Shalvey, on Monday 27 February 2023.

He was reported missing to officers from Mt Druitt Police Area Command yesterday (Tuesday 7 March 2023), who have commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concern for his welfare due to his age.

Liam is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, about 165cm tall, of medium build with dark hair.

He was last seen wearing grey trousers and a jumper with black stripes on the side.

Inquiries have revealed there was an unconfirmed sighting of Liam in Shalvey on Sunday (5 March 2023); however, he may also have travelled to the Sydney CBD area.
