Police appeal to locate woman missing from Ashfield

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Sydney’s west.

Shayleigh Booker, aged 28, was last spoken to about 4pm yesterday (Thursday 12 October 2023).

When she could not be located or contacted, officers from Fairfield City Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries to locate her.

Police and family hold concerns for her welfare due to this being out of character.

Shayleigh is described as being of Caucasian appearance, of a thin build, between 160cm to 170cm tall, brown eyes and dark brown hair.

Following inquiries police believe she may be in the Ashfield area however she is known to frequent the Parramatta, Fairfield, Seven Hills and Constitution Hill areas.

Anyone who has seen Shayleigh or has information of her whereabouts is urged to call police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
