Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Ballarat man, Jarrod Brown.
It is understood the 36-year-old, was last seen at Ballarat train station on Friday 19 April about 11.30am.
Jarrod is described as 183cm tall with a slim build and long hair.
He was last seen wearing a black hoody, black cap, dark jeans and light brown boots.
Police and family hold concerns for Jarrod due to the length of time he has been missing.
An image of Jarrod has been released in the hope someone may recognise him or may have inforamtion on his whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Jarrod is urged to contact Ballarat Police Station on 5336 6000.
