Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing boy Kaiden Sutton.
The 11-year-old was last seen in Melton West about 10.30am on 15 May.
He was wearing a green hooded top and had a bum bag and may be in the Broadmeadows area.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to his age and medical conditions.
An image has been release of Kaiden in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Kaiden or may have information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Caroline Springs Police Station on 9361 4700.
