Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Bellfield man Adam Shand.
The 36-year-old was last seen at a market on The Centreway, Preston about 7pm on Thursday 25 July.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition.
The below image of Adam has been released in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Adam is asked to contact the Heidelberg Police Station on 9450 8000.
