Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Edward Fitzpatrick.
The 42-year-old was last seen at Maroondah Hospital at 1.10pm yesterday.
He is described as being Caucasian in appearance, of thin build, 183cm tall, with tanned skin and sandy-coloured thinning hair.
He is believed to be travelling on public transport.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to medical conditions.
