Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Joseph Moloney.
The 75-year-old was last seen at a care facility on Robinson Street, Jacana about 5pm on 27 August.
Police hold concerns for Joseph’s welfare due to his age, and also as he has a medical condition which requires medication.
An image of Joseph has been released in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
Joseph is described as 157cm tall with an average build, blue eyes and grey/blonde wavy hair.
He was wearing black pants, a black top, black cap and dark sunglasses.
Joseph is known to frequent the Moonee Ponds, Ascot Vale and Essendon areas.
He also uses public transport to travel interstate including NSW.
