Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Croydon teenager Dylan Griffiths.
The 15-year-old was last seen in the Croydon area on 4 June.
Police and family have concerns for Dylan’s welfare due to his age and a medical condition that requires daily medication.
Dylan is known to frequent the Croydon, Rowville or Melbourne CBD areas.
Investigators have released an image of Dylan in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Dylan is urged to contact Croydon Police Station on 9724 0100.
