Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teen Jordan Watts.
The 15-year-old was last seen about 10.30am on 1 September in Westbourne Drive, Wyndham.
Police have concerns for her welfare due to her age.
Jordan is about 160cm tall with a thin build, light brown hair and blue eyes.
It is believed she frequents the Ivanhoe, Craigieburn, Wyndham Vale, Hoppers Crossing and Benalla areas.
Police have released an image of Jordan in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Jordan is urged to contact Heidelberg Police Station on 9450 8000.
