Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Ballarat East teen Kaylah McGennisken-Kors.
The 15-year-old was last seen in the Ballarat East area about 3.45pm on 21 September.
Police and family members hold concerns for Kaylah’s welfare due to her age and length of time missing.
Investigators have released an image of Kaylah in the hope that someone can provide information on her current whereabouts.
She is described as Caucasian, approximately 165cm tall, thin build with shoulder length brown hair and green eyes.
Kaylah is known to frequent Ballarat Central, Sebastopol, Wendouree and surrounding areas.
Anyone who sees Kayla or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Ballarat Police Station on 5336 6000.
