Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Ballarat East teen Kaylah McGennisken-Kors.
The 15-year-old was last seen at an address on York Street about 10pm on 29 August.
Police and family members hold concerns for Kaylah’s welfare due to her age and length of time missing.
Investigators have released an image of Kaylah in the hope that someone can provide information on her current whereabouts.
She is described as Caucasian, approximately 165cm tall, thin build with shoulder length brown hair and green eyes.
Kaylah is known to frequent the Ballarat, Wendouree, Delacombe, Braybrook and Sunshine areas.
Anyone who sees Riley or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Ballarat Police Station on 5336 6000.
