Police are responding to fatal crash at Chandler, QLD

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating following a fatal single vehicle crash at Chandler this morning.

Initial investigations indicate that at approximately 11.00am, a motorbike was travelling along Mount Gravatt Capalaba Rd when it left the road and crashed into a tree.

The rider, a 64-year-old Cleveland man, suffered critical injuries and died at the scene.

Police are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with dashcam vision from the area around the time of the incident to come forward.

Investigations are continuing.
