Police are responding to fatal crash – Brunswick

Major Crash Investigation officers are investigating a fatal traffic crash that occurred in Brunswick on Thursday, 19 September 2019.

Around 12:25 pm a green Holden Commodore sedan travelling south and a white Toyota Hilux travelling north on the South Western Highway, collided head-on near the intersection of Marriott Road.

The driver of the Holden Commodore, a 72-year-old man from Brunswick, died at the scene.

The driver of the Toyota Hilux, a 22-year-old man from Vasse, received minor injuries.

Major Crash Investigators are seeking anyone who witnessed the crash, who have seen either the Holden Commodore or the Toyota Hilux driving prior to the crash, have dashcam footage or any information, is asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au
