Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal crash in Avenel this morning.
A passer-by called emergency services to Avenel-Nagambie Road, after noticing a crashed vehicle, just before 10am.
It appears the driver of a utility had lost control and crashed into a tree before it came to rest on it’s roof.
The driver, who is believed to be the sole occupant, died at the scene.
