Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal crash in Elliminyt last night.
Emergency services were called to reports a vehicle had lost control and flipped into a paddock off Irrewillipe Road on Saturday 22 February about 8.20pm.
Sadly the 31-year-old male driver died at the scene.
A primary school aged child, who was the only passenger in the vehicle, was taken to hospital for observation.
The investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash remain ongoing.
