Major Crash Investigation Unit officers are investigating a fatal crash that occurred in Kalgoorlie on Monday 23 December 2019.
Around 10.25am a man on a blue mobility scooter, crossing Hannan Street (near of Cassidy Street), has been struck by a white 2013 Nissan Patrol, on the pedestrian crossing.
The 83-year-old man on the mobility scooter received serious injuries and was conveyed to Kalgoorlie Health Campus where he later died.
Major Crash Investigators are seeking witnesses who saw the crash, saw either the mobility scooter or Nissan Patrol prior to the crash or have dash camera footage of the area at the time of the crash, is asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au
