Police are at the scene of a serious crash in Taperoo.
Just before 1pm today (Wednesday, 1 January) police and emergency services were called to a house in Echunga Street, after reports that a car had collided with a person in the driveway of the property.
The person suffered serious injuries, and was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital in a critical condition.
Echunga Street is closed to all traffic.
Major Crash officers are investigating the circumstances of the collision, and anyone who may have witnessed the crash is asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
