Police are responding to serious crash – Rivervale

Officers from Major Crash Investigation Section have charged a man following their investigation into a serious crash that occurred in Rivervale on Monday 8 March 2021.

It will be alleged about 11.50pm, two men were injured when a red Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross SUV collided with their stationary Mitsubishi Triton utility and trailer. Both men (aged in their 30s) were conveyed by ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital with serious leg injuries.

A 31 year-old Pink Lake (Esperance) man has been charged with:

? Fail to stop and assist following an incident occasioning GBH;

? Fail to stop and assist following an incident occasioning BH; and

? Fail to report an incident occasioning GBH.

He is due to appear at the Perth Magistrates Court on 31 March 2021.
