Police arrest six over break-ins, South Australia

Detectives from the Western District CIB have arrested six persons in connection with two separate break-ins at Ovingham and Mile End.

About 1.30am on Monday 28 September, a home in Noble Street, Ovingham was broken into and car keys, cash and jewellery were stolen. It will be alleged fingerprints found at the scene positively identified two suspects.

About 12.30am on Tuesday 28 September, a break-in occurred at a house in Rose Street, Mile End. A late model BMW, handbag, electrical goods and other items were stolen. The stolen car was later involved in a petrol drive off from a Broadview service station.

Investigations led to the vehicle later being located and recovered at an address in Broadview.

Police executed a search warrant at the Broadview address and recovered property stolen from the break-ins at Ovingham and Mile End.
