Four women have been arrested for alleged breaches of COVID-19 directions.
Police will allege three women were working as massage therapists in breach of the Emergency Management Act direction relating to the closure of non-essential business and other activities. The fourth woman was the business operator.
One of the women had previously been issued an expiation notice and a direction to cease work on Sunday 12 April.
About 4pm on Monday 18 May, Licensing Enforcement Officers attended the Croydon Park business after receiving complaints from members of the public that the business was still operating at the address.
The women, a 69-year-old from Croydon Park, a 50-year-old from Croydon Park, a 45-year-old from Ferryden Park and a 42-year-old from Blakeview, were arrested and charged with breaching an Emergency Management Act notice. They were bailed to appear in the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court on 3 July.
