Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives have charged a man following a fatal crash which occurred in Arcadia on 3 April.
Emergency services were called to Shepparton-Euroa Road, south of Union Road, about 1.50am after a damaged vehicle was located on the road.
Sadly, the passenger, a 19-year-old Shepparton woman, died at the scene.
The driver, a 25-year-old Shepparton man, was charged yesterday with one count of culpable driving causing death.
He has been remanded to appear at the Shepparton Magistrates’ Court on 23 August.
