Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives have charged a man after a fatal crash in Clunes with a cyclist on 24 March.
A 31-year-old Black Hill man has been charged with dangerous driving causing death, driving in a manner dangerous and careless driving.
He has been bailed to appear at the Ballarat Magistrates’ Court on 23 January 2020.
