Police charge man over commercial supply of drugs in Revesby

A man has been charged over the commercial supply of MDMA after being searched by police in Sydney’s south-west.

About 5.55pm today (Friday 2 August 2019), officers from Campbelltown Police Transport Command stopped a 19-year-old man for not having a valid ticket on a train approaching Revesby Railway Station.

Officers developed cause to search the man, and during the search allegedly located 156 grams of MDMA (ecstacy) in his possession, as well as one gram of cocaine and digital scales.

He was arrested and taken to Bankstown Police Station where he was charged with supply prohibited drug more than or equal to commercial quantity, and possess prohibited drug.

He was refused bail to appear at Parramatta Bail Court tomorrow (Saturday 3 August 2019).
