On Thursday 15 May 2025, detectives from the Sex Assault Squad charged a 64-year-old man in relation to incidents that occurred between 1992 and 1993.
It will be alleged the man who was a teacher at a high school in the Perth Metropolitan area at the time, had a sexual relationship with a female student.
The 64-year-old man from Spencer Park has been charged with the offences of:
• Sexually Penetrated a Child over 16 Years under their Care.
• Indecently Deals with a Child Over 16 under their Authority.
He is due to appear before the Albany Magistrates Court on Thursday, 22 May 2025.
