Ballarat Crime Investigation Unit detectives have charged a woman after she allegedly deliberately lit a number of bushfires in the Ballarat area.
A 54-year-old Mount Clear woman has been charged with eight offences, including intentionally lighting a bushfire and lighting a fire in the open area during a fire danger period.
She has been bailed to appear at the Ballarat Magistrates’ Court on 24 June 2021.
