Police charge woman with drug trafficking, South Australia

A northern suburbs woman will face court today charged with drug trafficking after police searched her home yesterday afternoon.

About 2pm on Wednesday 12 August, Northern District Police searched a Salisbury North home with the assistance of Police Dog Xera.

It will be alleged officers found about 600 ml of fantasy, drug paraphernalia, documents relating to drug dealing, prescription medication and capsicum spray.

The 41-year-old woman was arrested and charged with trafficking in a controlled drug, possess equipment for consumption of controlled substances, unlawful possession and possess prohibited weapon.

She was refused police bail and will appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court today.
