Police are appealing for public assistance and continue to search for missing man Leopold.
The 57-year-old was last seen by his carer on Collins Street in Melbourne’s CBD about 2pm on Saturday 4 November.
There are concerns for Leopold’s welfare as he requires 24-hour care.
Leopold is known to enjoy travelling on public transport however is not able to return home on his own.
Police have released images of Leopold in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Leopold is described as Caucasian, with short grey/black hair, blue eyes, medium height and slim to medium build.
He was last seen wearing a grey beanie, green jacket and blue pants.
