Bendigo police are hoping to identify a man after one of their police cars were damaged earlier this month.
Investigators believe an unknown man observed an unoccupied police car parked on Thistle Street, near the Bendigo Police Station, about 1.25pm on 3 August.
The man approached the car and snapped off the right hand mirror.
He then fled on foot south along Thistle Street.
Investigators have released an image of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
