About 3.30am on Monday 21 January, two or three people forced their way into a Bellevue Heights home and assaulted the occupant.

The suspects stole bankcards, a Holden station wagon, a blue Yamaha motorcycle, registration YZF574, and other items.

A bankcard was used at a Bendigo Bank ATM at Blackwood a short time later.

The stolen car was found burnt out at Sellicks Beach on 28 January. The motorcycle has not been recovered.

Southern District CIB detectives are investigating.
