Police are currently on scene investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a man in Collingwood this afternoon (15 March).
Emergency services were called to Hoddle Street where a man was found with upper body injuries just before 5pm.
Paramedics worked on the yet to be formally identified man, but he died at the scene.
The exact circumstances surrounding the man’s death are yet to be determined at this stage.
Homicide Squad detectives are investigating.
