Police are investigating a deliberately lit fire which destroyed two vehicles in Parklands near Burnie last night.
Around 10pm last night, emergency services received a Triple Zero call about two vehicles on fire in Villiers St.
The vehicles, valued at around $50,000, were well alight when reported to emergency services and were completely destroyed by fire.
A fire scene examiner from the Tasmania Fire Service attended the scene as part of the investigation and determined the fire was deliberately lit.
Burnie CIB is investigating and would like to speak to anyone with information that would assist the investigation.
