Police are investigating a fatal house fire in Daylesford this morning.
Emergency services responded to reports of the fire at a property on Frazer Street about 4.30am.
A person who is yet to be identified was located deceased inside.
The exact circumstances surrounding the blaze are yet to be determined and the investigation is ongoing.
