Police are currently in Keilor following a fatal shooting.
Emergency services were called after a number of shots were fired outside a café on Old Calder Highway on 9 September, about 10.20am.
A man, who is yet to be identified, died at the scene.
Another man was transported to hospital with serious injuries.
Police have cordoned off the area and a crime scene has been established.
Officers are still working to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident however at this early stage the incident appears to be targeted.
