Police and emergency services are currently at the scene of a fire in Pakenham.
The fire broke out in the rear of the Centre Court Arcade about 4am and was extinguished a short time later.
The exact cause is yet to be determined however police are treating the blaze as suspicious.
A crime scene has been established and the investigation is ongoing.
