Homicide Squad detectives are investigating after a male was located with multiple wounds in South Melbourne.
The yet to be identified male was found by a passer-by outside a Dorcas Street building about 9.30pm.
Paramedics attempted to revive the male, but he died at the scene.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are being investigated.
