Burnie Police are investigating a serious two vehicle crash involving a utility and a laden log truck around 9.30am today on Old Surrey Road at Emu Heights.
Initial investigations indicate that the utility has failed to give way to the truck, which has collided with the front driver’s side of the utility.
The male driver of the utility was transported to the North West Regional Hospital with serious but not-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the truck was not physically injured.
