Homicide Squad detectives have charged a man following the death of a man on 16 August.
A 40-year-old Darley man was located deceased in a vehicle in a shopping centre car park off Neal Road just after 5.30pm.
A 47-year-old Darley man was also found in the vehicle and taken to hospital for treatment.
The 47-year-old Darley man has been charged with one count of murder.
He has been remanded to appear in Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on 10 December.
