Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives have charged a man in relation to a fatal collision in Springvale in 2019.
A car was travelling along Rosalie Street about 7.10am when it collided with a vehicle heading south on Springvale Road.
The car that was struck spun around as a result, colliding head-on with a third vehicle.
A 75-year-old Springvale woman died at the scene.
A 21-year-old Springvale man has been charged with dangerous driving causing death and has been bailed to appear in Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on 17 April.
