Homicide Squad detectives have charged a man following the death of a man in Melbourne’s CBD last night.
Emergency services were called to an apartment building on La Trobe Street where the body of a 22-year-old man was located on Saturday 30 May about 11pm.
A 22-year-old Williamstown man was arrested a short distance from the scene and was interviewed by detectives.
He has been charged with murder and will face the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
