Northern Territory Police have charged a 14-year-old male in relation to multiple property offences in Tennant Creek.
Sometime between the hours of 8:30pm on 14 August 2021 and 8:30am on 15 August 2021, the alleged offender had gained unlawful access to a residential property. The youth allegedly stole several items and a car.
The youth has been charged with:
- 1x Aggravated unlawful use of a motor vehicle
- 1x Unlawful entry
- 1x Stealing
- 1x Drive motor vehicle without a license
He has been bailed to appear in court on 13 September 2021.
Police would like to reassure members of the community that property crime is taken very seriously and to remind the community that if they have any information regarding property offending in Tennant Creek, to contact Police on 131 444.
